Please join us on the evening of May 1 for this year's National Day Of Prayer. We will be meeting at Friends Community Church in the sanctuary starting at 6:00pm and ending at 7:30pm.
If you cannot make it that evening, feel free to come and pray on your own at the Old Rugged Cross (located at Friends Church), mid-day from Noon-1:30pm.
Join us for food, coffee, fellowship and a message from Dr Jim Robison. Jim will share the story of how God transformed him at age 40 from an atheist to a believer through his experiences of traveling overseas to provide free dental care to people in developing nations.
Please RSVP so we can plan enough food for everyone. You are encouraged to invite a friend, colleague or neighbor.
On May 11, Mother's Day roses will be available sponsored by the Door County Right to Life Chapter.
Suggested donation of $2 per rose helps protect lives -- of the unborn, disabled and elderly.
All money donated remains in Door County to support education, events, and scholarships.
Mark your calendar for the Local Outreach Basic Needs collection day on May 18.
Collection baskets will be available ONLY that day in the back of the sanctuary.
If you have any questions, please contact Lynn or Dennis Marquardt at outreach@sbcommunitychurch.com.
